Lessons, it taught me the good, the bad and the ugly way:

1. Don’t plan too much as it indicates you have it all under control. It’s an illusion.

2. When to stop, when to let go and when to keep going are crucial decisions. Trust your own gut.

3. Leap and the net will appear theory doesn’t work on mountains (pun intended).

4. There is a difference between being rash and being able to stretch your comfort zone. Do the latter.

5. Experience OVER things, always!

6. You’ll find a humble helper, a wise sage, and a freaking idiot in the same trip, not necessarily in the same order.

7. If your heart is in the right place (not literally), you’ll find the right people at the right time, magically!

8. Have less and live more. Speak less and do more.

9. Your level of awareness is high if you can connect the dots as they unfold.

10. Life is not always sunshine and rainbows. You will be dealt with uneasy and uncomfortable instants and it’s what you do with them that will determine your fate.
